We are hiring Senior US IT Bench Sales Professionals.
Responsibilities
Strong experience in Bench Sales & Consultant Marketing
Hands-on experience with C2C / C2H marketing and consultant placements
Strong vendor, recruiter & client relationship management
Experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other US job portals
Strong understanding of US IT technologies and hiring trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up & relationship-building skills
Proven ability to generate consistent submissions, interviews and placements
Ability to independently manage and grow a consultant/bench pipeline
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad – Onsite
