Role Description The Manager role at Bajaj Capital Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch or business operations, driving sales and revenue targets, and ensuring high-quality financial advisory services for clients. This role includes managing and mentoring team members, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies, strengthen client relationships, and support initiatives that enhance customer experience and financial awareness. Regular reporting, market analysis, and participation in client meetings and events are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising teams and driving performance.
Proficiency in sales, business development, and client relationship management within financial services or related industries.
Ability to understand and explain financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, retirement solutions, and wealth management offerings.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and market analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFP, MBA in Finance) is an advantage.
Knowledge of regulatory norms and compliance standards in the financial services sector.
Proven ability to work in a target-oriented environment and maintain a strong customer-first approach.
