Join us as People Operations Team Lead
JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive operational excellence across People Operations by leading a team responsible for delivering high-quality employee lifecycle services and maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance. As a People Operations Team Lead, you will oversee the delivery of HR operations activities across multiple markets, ensuring employees and managers receive seamless experience while supporting business transformation and organizational change initiatives. You will play a key role in leading people, managing priorities, and strengthening processes, controls, and service delivery through effective use of Workday and related HR technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach, and develop a team of People Operations Specialists, creating an environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Oversee the delivery of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal moves, promotions, organizational changes, and employee exits, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure service levels, project milestones, and business commitments are successfully achieved
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of employee data in Workday through effective controls, validation activities, and governance processes
Partner closely with HR stakeholders, market teams, and project teams to coordinate employee changes and support large-scale workforce transformation initiatives
Monitor, investigate, and resolve data quality, process, or system-related issues, driving timely resolutions and identifying opportunities for improvement
Oversee mass data updates, reporting, documentation, and audit requirements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data privacy standards
Drive operational excellence by improving ways of working, maintaining process documentation, implementing best practices, and supporting ongoing enhancement of HR systems and services
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as people leader/team management responsibilities in People Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Advisory, Employee Administration, or a related HR environment
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or similar platforms
Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with experience using data and insights to support decision-making and process improvements
Fluent Polish, and professional proficiency in English (C1) with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience supporting HR transformation programmes, mergers and acquisitions, organizational separations, data migrations, or large-scale change initiatives
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management principles, and HR technology implementation or optimization projects
