This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Users - Inventor Professional on Windows based in India.
We are looking for experienced mechanical and product design professionals with hands-on expertise using Inventor Professional in real-world environments. In this role, you will contribute your specialized application knowledge to projects focused on improving and training advanced AI systems. You will work remotely and independently, applying your practical experience with 3D mechanical design and assembly modeling in a flexible project-based environment. Your expertise will help support high-quality evaluation and development work involving specialized engineering software. This opportunity is well suited to professionals who already have access to the required technology and can work effectively with minimal supervision. You will have the chance to contribute to innovative technology initiatives while working on your own schedule.
Accountabilities
Apply hands-on knowledge and real-world experience with Inventor Professional to support specialized projects involving advanced AI systems.
Use the application on a Windows PC, ensuring it is installed, accessible, and ready for use when project activities begin.
Complete assigned project work independently and deliver services in line with applicable project requirements and quality expectations.
Capture clear, high-resolution screenshots of application workflows, interfaces, or relevant outputs as required for project activities.
Ensure screenshots exceed 2.5 megapixels, using either a qualifying high-resolution monitor or a dual-monitor setup captured as a single spanning image.
Draw on professional expertise in mechanical engineering, machine design, equipment design, 3D modeling, and assembly modeling to provide accurate and relevant input.
Follow project instructions and contribute to the development and enhancement of advanced technology systems through specialized domain expertise.
Maintain professional standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project assignments.
Adapt to changing project needs, as assignments may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business requirements and performance.
Perform all work without using or disclosing confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or institution.
Requirements
Demonstrated hands-on, real-world experience using Inventor Professional for mechanical or product design.
You must already have Inventor Professional installed and available on your own Windows PC and be able to open and use the application immediately.
Access to the required personal hardware and software, as software licenses, virtual machines, and hardware will not be provided.
Experience in areas such as mechanical engineering, machine design, equipment design, 3D mechanical modeling, or assembly modeling is strongly relevant.
Ability to capture screenshots with a resolution exceeding 2.5 megapixels.
Access to either a qualifying single high-resolution monitor or a qualifying dual-monitor setup capable of producing the required image resolution.
Strong technical proficiency and practical familiarity with specialized engineering and design software workflows.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to review and produce accurate visual and technical outputs.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and maintain productivity in a fully remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply professional expertise to structured project requirements.
Reliable communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Ability to work as an independent contractor.
