This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to developers of all backgrounds. Whether you're self-taught, a hobbyist, or a seasoned programmer, if you can read and reason about code, we want your perspective.

What You'll Do
Review AI-generated code in Python, JavaScript, and other languages for correctness, efficiency, and readability
Identify bugs, logical errors, and edge cases that could cause problems in real-world use
Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning in plain language
Work across a range of programming challenges and difficulty levels
Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
Analytical thinker who enjoys spotting what's wrong — and knowing how to fix it
Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Self-taught developers, coding bootcamp graduates, and hobbyists are strongly encouraged to apply
No computer science degree or formal professional experience required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with multiple programming languages
Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
Background in competitive programming, open source contribution, or personal projects
Prior exposure to AI tools or development environments
