This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced professionals in healthcare data, genomics, or life sciences analytics who want to apply their skills at the frontier of AI development.

What You'll Do
Design, evaluate, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomic, clinical, biomarker, and broader healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine and clinical research applications
Assess and improve how AI systems interpret, reason about, and generate healthcare and genomic data
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to align data strategy with scientific and clinical goals
Ensure data quality, regulatory awareness, and meaningful communication of results to diverse stakeholders
Apply domain expertise to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
Who You Are
Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
Strong background in data integration and data governance across clinical or research environments
Skilled at translating complex, multi-modal data into clear, meaningful insights for scientific and clinical audiences
Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical settings
Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold yourself to high standards of accuracy and scientific integrity
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with precision medicine frameworks, EHR systems, or genomic data platforms
Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
Experience communicating data findings to non-technical clinical or executive stakeholders
