EMR/EHR Implementation Specialist (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to apply their deep clinical systems knowledge to a unique opportunity at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence.
Your hands-on expertise with platforms like Epic and Cerner is exactly what's needed to help AI systems better understand, reason about, and support real-world healthcare workflows. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do
Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows
Review and assess the accuracy of AI outputs covering Epic, Cerner, and similar platform configurations
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated implementation guidance
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands healthcare IT
Draw on your experience with clinical and administrative workflows to ensure AI outputs reflect real-world best practices
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
Ability to evaluate and critique technical content for accuracy and real-world applicability
Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Epic or Cerner certification
Experience across multiple healthcare settings (hospital, ambulatory, specialty)
Prior involvement in data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI/ML projects
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
