Audio Transcription Specialist (AI Training)

What You'll Do
Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written text following clear formatting guidelines
Handle a variety of speakers, accents, speech speeds, and audio quality levels
Apply consistent punctuation, formatting, and speaker-labeling conventions
Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes as needed
Meet quality standards and turnaround targets for each assignment
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Strong listener with a sharp ear for detail — you catch what others miss
Good typing speed and accuracy under real-world conditions
Patient and thorough when working through challenging audio
Comfortable following structured guidelines and style rules
Reliable and self-motivated — you take ownership of your work
No prior transcription or AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with transcription tools or audio playback software
Familiarity with a variety of English accents or dialects
Background in captioning, journalism, media, or administrative work
