What You'll Do
Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design rigorous, complex problem statements
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning
Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
Experienced with Python or R in a research or project context
Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Exceptionally clear written communicator with strong attention to scientific detail
Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
Self-motivated and dependable when working independently
Nice to Have
Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Background in peer review, scientific writing, or academic publishing
Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
Experience bridging complex scientific concepts for broader technical audiences
