This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with sharp critical thinking and a knack for clear communication. No technical background required.

What You'll Do
Engage AI chatbots in conversations across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios
Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and tone
Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias
Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts
Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking good questions
Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
Strong written communication skills in English
Comfortable navigating chat-based interfaces
Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
No prior AI, tech, or QA experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with writing, editing, journalism, or content evaluation
Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user
Background in research, critical analysis, or quality assurance
