Role Description The Education Video Creator is a full-time remote role responsible for developing engaging, high-quality educational video content aligned with PPStack’s learning objectives and brand guidelines. This role includes planning video concepts, scripting lessons, and collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into clear, visual learning experiences. The Education Video Creator will handle end-to-end production, including filming or screen recording, editing, motion graphics, and post-production to create polished content for courses, bootcamps, webinars, and marketing assets. They will optimize videos for different platforms and formats, maintain consistent visual standards across projects, and work closely with instructional designers and the content team to ensure videos support learner outcomes. Ongoing responsibilities include updating existing content, experimenting with new formats, and integrating feedback and analytics to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Strong video production skills, including planning, scripting, and executing educational or training-focused video projects.
Proficiency in video editing and video post-production, using industry-standard tools to deliver polished, platform-ready content.
Experience with motion graphics and multimedia elements to enhance explanations, visual storytelling, and learner engagement.
Ability to design and adapt multimedia content for diverse audiences and formats (courses, webinars, short-form lessons).
Solid understanding of instructional or educational design principles and learner-centered content creation.
Comfort working in a fully remote, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in EdTech, online education, or training content creation is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
