We’re Hiring! Senior Android Developer (Team Lead)
Are you an experienced Android Developer with strong leadership skills and based in Jaipur? We are looking for a Senior Android Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our tech team on-site in Jaipur!
If you're passionate about building scalable mobile apps, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring a team of developers, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Android developers; foster a collaborative environment and conduct code reviews.
Architecture & Development: Architect, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Kotlin/Java codebases.
Delivery: Drive end-to-end mobile development lifecycles from initial design to Google Play Store deployment.
Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers to define and ship new features.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience with proven track record in team management / leadership.
Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Kotlin/Java, Android SDK, Architecture Patterns (MVVM/MVI), Jetpack components, Coroutines, and REST APIs.
Location Requirement: Local Jaipur candidates only (Must be open to working 100% On-Site).
