Job Description :
Strong willingness to learn Business Development Skills in Real Estate
Cold Calling to prospective clients for business opportunities
Travel and meet industrial and manufacturing clients at their factory located in Oragadam, Sri Perumbudur, and similar locations
Learn the basics of Transaction Management
Strong skills in presentation, industrial reports, financial cash flows and analysis
Industrial information awareness through news / online and industry meet-ups
Qualifications
Fresher / Transactions background
Hospitality Background
Excellent communication and Persuasion skills
Bachelors degree / Masters Degree
Business Development past experiences shall be considered
