Role Description The Project Manager role at Jobstex is a full-time, on-site position based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting activities, managing logistics, and collaborating with inspection teams to maintain quality standards across projects. The role involves frequent communication with internal stakeholders and external partners, preparing status reports, managing risks and issues, and implementing process improvements. The Project Manager will also support resource allocation, monitor project performance against key metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Experience in expeditor functions and Expediting, ensuring materials, documentation, and services are delivered according to schedule.
Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality checks, and compliance standards relevant to project execution.
Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and vendor communication.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and maintain clear, professional communication.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; relevant project management certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in project coordination or management within recruitment, HR solutions, or related service industries is beneficial.
