Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team in Thane.
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work From Office
Joining: Candidates with a maximum 30 days’ notice period preferred
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in running lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns
Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC & CPM
Experience with campaign optimization, scaling and budget management
D2C/e-commerce experience preferred
Good analytical and reporting skills
Ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and budgets
Analyze data and improve campaign results
Test creatives, audiences and campaign strategies
Work with the creative team on performance-focused ad creatives
Prepare regular performance reports and insights
