Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior MERN Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 - 1 year of experience who are eager to build, test, and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
Build responsive user interfaces using React.js
Support backend development using Node.js and Express.js
Work with MongoDB for data storage and management
Integrate REST APIs and support frontend-backend connectivity
Debug issues and improve application performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
0 - 1 year of experience in MERN stack development, web development, or related role
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend development concepts
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
Ability to write clean, logical, and maintainable code
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks
