Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position focused on driving B2B sales growth in lab-grown diamonds and finished jewelry. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with international retailers and wholesalers, and conducting virtual product presentations and negotiations. The Senior Sales Executive will prepare and follow up on quotations, manage the sales pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and fulfillment. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that strengthen the company’s presence in key global markets.
Qualifications
Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing.
Experience in the diamond, gemstone, or fine jewelry industry, with solid understanding of lab-grown diamonds, certifications, and product specifications.
Proficiency in negotiation, consultative selling, and handling complex international transactions.
Comfort with remote work tools and CRM systems, including maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales strategy development.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Willingness to work across time zones and, when required, travel for key client meetings or industry events.
