About Cradlewell
Cradlewell is a mother-and-baby healthcare company supporting first-time parents through expert guidance and in-home care from birth through the baby’s first year.
Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Intern to support our sales team with lead management, CRM updates, follow-ups and sales reporting.
Responsibilities
Manage and update leads in the CRM
Track follow-ups and ensure no lead is missed
Support WhatsApp and call follow-ups
Maintain daily sales pipeline updates
Prepare weekly sales reports
Track lead sources, conversions and lost-lead reasons
Build databases of hospitals, doctors and referral partners
Support CRM automation and AI-based sales workflows
Who We’re Looking For
Good communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers
Organised and detail-oriented
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Interest in sales, startups and technology
Ability to take ownership and learn quickly
What You’ll Learn
You’ll get hands-on exposure to sales, CRM, customer management, analytics, automation and AI tools, while working closely with Cradlewell’s founding team.
