IT Recruitment Specialist (Domestic hiring)

Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Years
Candidates with 2+ years of experience will NOT be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, as well as through references, networking, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
Leverage internal databases, references, AI-driven sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques for effective resume searches.
Utilize AI tools to automate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting to enhance recruitment efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Conduct initial screening of profiles based on educational qualifications, technical skills, communication skills, and relevant experience.
Coordinate and manage interview drives, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Track shortlisted candidates throughout the interview process and maintain accurate trackers and recruitment reports.
Meet defined recruitment targets as per the hiring plan.
Use social media platforms, job boards, internet sourcing techniques, and AI-assisted tools to identify and attract candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to effectively support and execute recruitment efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven experience in IT recruitment, with hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.
