Key Responsibilities
Create and edit content for LinkedIn, Instagram, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Write engaging captions, articles, blogs, marketing copy, and promotional content.
Research industry trends, competitors, topics, and relevant content ideas.
Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.
Support the creation of social media posts, visuals, short-form videos, and other marketing materials.
Repurpose existing content into different formats for social media and marketing campaigns.
Use AI tools to assist with content research, ideation, writing, editing, and content creation.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content.
Assist with basic SEO content, including keyword research and optimisation.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
Track basic content performance, engagement, and audience response.
Perform other marketing and content-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good command of English.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Good research and writing skills.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content-related work.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Previous experience with content creation, social media, blogging, or digital marketing is an advantage but not required.
