Supported by our proprietary 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁—a custom-built agentic platform that automates administrative friction and monitors real-time learning telemetry—we empower our training faculty to bypass "slides" and focus entirely on live-code execution, architectural excellence, and mentorship. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹: Stability + High Earning Upside
• Fixed Full-Time Base Salary: Competitive monthly base salary covering core curriculum ownership, coaching, and standards.
• Priority Batch Allocation: As a permanent associate, you get first priority for training delivery across enterprise and student cohorts.
• Delivery Pay Per Batch: On top of your fixed salary, you earn direct additional compensation for every student cohort and enterprise batch you deliver.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻
• Lead Flagship Agentic AI Cohorts: Hands-on instruction diving deep into autonomous multi-agent architectures (Microsoft Agent Framework, etc.), Model Context Protocol (MCP), spec-driven agentic coding, agentic RAG, production LLMOps, etc.
• Anchor the Teaching Standard: Coach, review, and certify our expanding bench of contract trainers.
• Pure Engineering, Zero Admin Drag: You never manage logistics, attendance, or manual recaps. Our Foundry Copilot (a custom-built agentic teaching platform) runs the operational cockpit in real time—managing the trainer playbook, detecting live learner struggle signals, running code checkpoints, and generating summaries automatically.
• Maintain "Daily Build" Codebases: Partner with our AI Architects to ensure our repos reflect cutting-edge agentic workflows running on real production stacks (Azure AI, AWS, GCP, GitHub, NVIDIA, Claude).
𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝘁
• Agentic AI Builders: 5+ years in full-stack/backend systems, with proven hands-on experience deploying autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination loops, tool calling, and evaluation harnesses in production.
• Natural Mentors: Proven experience leading training sessions, technical workshops, internal engineering brown-bags, or coaching senior developers.
• First-Principles Debuggers: Ability to live-code, debug infinite agent loops, inspect tool-calling traces, and explain agentic orchestration from scratch without hiding behind slides.
