We are looking for a high-ownership leader to own the learner journey from admission to graduation.

Manage Delivery: Coordinate training, assessments, live projects, certifications, and graduation.
Track Outcomes: Monitor learner attendance, progress, and engagement dashboards.
Collaborate: Partner with Students, Trainers Academy, IT, and CRM stakeholders.
Build Structure: Maintain SOPs, trackers, and workflows in a fast-paced startup.
Leverage AI: Work alongside pronative.ai AI Agents, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot to optimize efficiency.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗙𝗼𝗿
Background in Training/Learning Operations or Program Management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the M365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
Experience using AI productivity tools to optimize daily workflows.
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and an early-stage startup mindset.
