Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting professionals through their end-to-end placement journey. This role involves coordinating with candidates to understand their career goals, gathering and organizing relevant information, and aligning them with suitable pathways and opportunities on the Prime Pathway platform. The Placement Coordinator will manage communication with candidates, schedule and confirm sessions with career experts, and help track progress across activities such as CV updates, interview preparation, and recruiter outreach. Day-to-day tasks include responding to candidate queries, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, collaborating with recruiting and coaching teams, and ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for professionals using the platform. The role also includes monitoring placement outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing clear feedback and guidance to support successful career transitions.

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle queries, and support professionals through their placement journey.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Education-related or advisory skills, enabling them to guide professionals on career pathways, learning opportunities, and job-search best practices.
Candidates should possess Recruiting-related skills, such as understanding hiring processes, screening profiles, and coordinating with recruiters or hiring managers.
Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in career services, HR, talent acquisition, or education counseling; familiarity with technology-enabled platforms; strong organizational and time-management skills; proficiency in using CRM or placement management tools; and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines.
