Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the organization. The specialist will coordinate and conduct interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and support timely and effective hiring decisions. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and job postings, and contributing to employer branding initiatives through career page updates, social media content, and candidate experience improvements. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and partnering with HR to support onboarding activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines.
Experience with Hiring processes, from job requirement definition to offer management and coordination with hiring managers.
Skills in Interviewing candidates using structured techniques and assessment methods to ensure fair and consistent evaluation.
Ability to contribute to Employer Branding initiatives through engaging content, career page management, and candidate experience improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience using ATS/recruitment platforms, professional networking sites, and other sourcing tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
