About the Role:
The primary objective of this role is to drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing complex datasets, building intuitive dashboards, and uncovering actionable business insights to support our growth and digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs across e-commerce and marketing.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Fulfill complex data requests and perform deep-dive analyses to answer specific business questions and identify trends.
Data Storytelling: Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives.
2. Data Quality & Business Support
Metric Monitoring: Continuously monitor e-commerce and marketing performance metrics, proactively identifying anomalies or opportunities for optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the digital, marketing, and procurement teams to align data strategies with overarching business goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms by conducting regular data validation checks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1-2 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within the e-commerce, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistical concepts, and data visualization best practices.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
Tools: Proficiency in SQL and Advanced Excel; strong experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker); basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
