Educational Qualification -
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
MBA/PG in Marketing – Mandatory

About the Role -
We are looking for a fresher / 0–1 year candidate with a background in Electrical Engineering and Marketing to join our Battery Storage business.
The role will involve exposure to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Renewable Energy, Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
Desired Skills -
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in Battery Storage and Renewable Energy
Interest in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development
Basic understanding of electrical concepts
Good learning and coordination skills
Comfortable with customer interaction
Willingness to travel for customer meetings or site visits when required
Candidate Profile -
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, willing to learn, and interested in building a career at the intersection of Electrical Engineering, Battery Storage, and Marketing.
