🚨 URGENT HIRING | BATTERY STORAGE (BESS) – FRESHERS
📍 Location: Kothrud, Pune
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site
🎓 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
📌 Preferred Candidates: Pune / Maharashtra based candidates
About the Role :-
We are looking for freshers interested in building their career in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Renewable Energy.
The role will provide practical exposure to both Marketing & Customer Coordination and Project Execution activities related to Battery Storage and Solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Customer calling, lead follow-ups and meeting coordination
• Understand customer requirements and support marketing activities
• Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal technical teams
• Support BESS / Solar project execution from requirement to installation
• Assist in site coordination, material follow-up and execution tracking
• Support documentation, quotations, reports and project records
• Coordinate for installation, testing, commissioning and project handover
• Attend site/customer visits whenever required
Candidate Requirements :-
• Fresher / 0–1 year experience
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in customer calling and interaction
• Interest in Battery Storage (BESS), Solar & Renewable Energy
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn both marketing and project execution
• Comfortable with site visits and field coordination
• Pune / Maharashtra based candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
