📈 People Analytics & Workforce Insights
Design and maintain advanced analytical models using Excel, BI tools, and statistical approaches.
Develop standardized metrics and reusable analytical frameworks to support workforce decisions.
Deliver meaningful insights on talent, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.]
📊 Dashboarding & Visual Analytics
Build and manage interactive Power BI dashboards for workforce metrics, talent insights, governance indicators, and cost analytics.
Ensure leadership-ready reporting through disciplined data validation and refresh mechanisms.
🔄 Data Transformation & Automation
Extract, clean, transform, and reconcile data from HRMS, SharePoint, and multiple data sources.
Drive automation initiatives using Power Automate, VBA, Python, and other low-code tools to eliminate manual effort and improve efficiency.
💰 Workforce Budgeting & Cost Analytics
Support annual workforce planning and HR budgeting exercises.
Monitor budget vs. actuals, perform variance analysis, and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
Develop analytical models to assist HR leadership in workforce cost management.
🤖 AI & Digital HR Enablement
Utilize Copilot-enabled analytical tools and intelligent automation solutions for reporting, diagnostics, validation, and insight generation.
