z/OS System Programmer

We're looking for a z/OS System Programmer to join our GIS team in the EU (remote/distributed).
What you'll do:
Install, configure and maintain z/OS and its associated software components
Execute builds, migrations, refresh, CPU swaps and LPAR build/decommission projects
Provide 24x7 on-call support and participate in disaster recovery drills
Manage security profiles, access control and I/O configuration
Analyze system performance using SMF data
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Lead and mentor a remote team distributed across several EU countries
What we're looking for:
8+ years in z/OS system programming
Strong command of z/OS architecture, system commands, utilities and troubleshooting
Experience with system management tools and automation
Good level of English
Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
z/OS certification or related field
Experience with JES, IMS, CICS
Knowledge of REXX or COBOL
Experience with cloud-based mainframe environments
