SALES — INFLUENCER MARKETING

The role involves identifying potential brands and agencies, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding campaign requirements, presenting suitable influencer marketing solutions, negotiating commercials, and converting opportunities into successful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads from brands, agencies, and businesses.
Build and maintain relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and agencies.
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking.
Understand client objectives, target audience, budget, and campaign requirements.
Pitch RCLASHERS Media’s influencer marketing and creator solutions.
Prepare proposals, creator recommendations, and campaign commercials.
Negotiate budgets, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into confirmed campaigns.
Maintain accurate sales and lead records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Talent Management and Campaign teams for smooth campaign execution.
Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat campaigns and business.
Track sales targets, revenue, conversion rates, and overall pipeline performance.
