Talent Management Intern – Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a Talent Management Intern – Influencer Marketing to join our team and work closely with influencers, creators, brands, and internal campaign teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with influencers and content creators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
Assist in onboarding new creators to our talent network.
Identify and research relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
Coordinate with creators regarding campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and content.
Follow up with creators for content submissions and campaign updates.
Assist Talent Managers with day-to-day creator management.
Maintain creator information, campaign details, and communication records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Track creator performance, campaign deliverables, and deadlines.
Assist with creator commercials and campaign negotiations under the guidance of the Talent Management team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable communicating with influencers and creators.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing is an advantage.
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Internship Benefits
Paid Internship – ₹5,000 to ₹15,000/month
