Site Engineer

Job Description
The Site Engineer is responsible for end-to-end site execution and coordination, ensuring that all activities are completed as per approved scope, quality standards, timeline, and budget. The role serves as a key link between site operations, customer, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute site activities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and customer requirements
• Monitor daily site execution to ensure timely project completion
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and supervisors for smooth project execution
• Plan and deploy manpower, tools, equipment, and consumables effectively
• Track and verify material receipts, usage, shortages, and damage reports at site
• Arrange gate passes, work permits, and ensure compliance with client site regulations
• Control site-level expenses and maintain proper billing and expense documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for civil work, equipment hiring, and local procurement activities
• Ensure installation quality and resolve site execution or design-related issues
• Communicate daily progress updates to customers and internal stakeholders through email and WhatsApp
• Identify project risks, delay, and escalate issues proactively for timely resolution
• Handle customer queries and execution-related escalations professionally
• Plan travel, accommodation, and logistics for site teams efficiently
• Support recruitment and development of skilled site manpower
• Train site teams on execution standards, safety practices, and quality expectations
• Maintain proper documentation including completion reports, execution summaries,
• and site records.
Qualifications
• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Or any relevant technical field Experience:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Site execution / project implementation Interior / signage / branding / visual management projects
