About the Role
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support and execute Luar Beauty’s influencer marketing initiatives while contributing to broader marketing and brand projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, deeply interested in creators and social media, and enjoys managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
Creator & Influencer Marketing
Research and identify creators who align with Luar Beauty, our products and our audience.
Build and maintain relationships with creators, agencies and relevant partners.
Manage influencer outreach, communication and follow-ups.
Coordinate creator collaborations from initial outreach through to content delivery and posting.
Assist with influencer campaigns, product seeding, launches and ongoing collaborations.
Maintain creator databases and stay updated on emerging creators across the beauty and lifestyle space.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
Coordinate campaign briefs, product requirements, timelines and creator deliverables.
Ensure creators have the necessary information and resources for successful collaborations.
Track ongoing campaigns and proactively follow up to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams for product dispatches, campaign requirements and other execution-related needs.
Handle end-to-end influencer management, from initial outreach and relationship building to ongoing partnership coordination.
Follow up on invoices, payments and other campaign documentation.
Marketing & Brand Support
Support broader marketing initiatives, launches and campaigns across Luar Beauty.
Keep up with beauty, social media and cultural trends and identify opportunities relevant to the brand.
Bring ideas around creators, content formats, campaigns and emerging trends to the team.
Assist with research and coordination for new marketing initiatives and brand collaborations.
Work closely with the wider team to ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently.
Assist with content shooting by capturing behind-the-scenes footage and creating engaging assets for social channels.
Provide copywriting support for campaign briefs, social media captions, and influencer communications to ensure consistent brand voice.
Who You are
0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand marketing or a related field.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Have a strong understanding of social media, creators and the beauty industry.
Experience with content shooting and copywriting, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and brand tone.
Proven ability in hands-on influencer management and relationship building.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with different stakeholders and building professional relationships.
Resourceful, reliable and calm under pressure.
Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and grow with a young, ambitious beauty brand.
