Python Automation Engineer
Experience: 5 - 7 Years
Location: Mumbai - Onsite
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated solutions that streamline our software testing and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python and SQL, as well as experience with multiple coding languages to support diverse automation frameworks. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable automation artifacts.
Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python and SQL.
· Integrate automation solutions with existing CI/CD pipelines and testing environments.
· Collaborate with QA, development, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.
· Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code across multiple programming languages.
· Perform code reviews, troubleshoot automation failures, and optimize performance.
· Stay current with industry best practices and emerging automation tools.
Reruirement
· Proficiency in Python and SQL.
· Experience with at least one additional coding language (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript).
· Strong understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
· Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
· Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
