We are hiring a CA-qualified Finance professional with 6+ years of relevant experience for a leading retail company based in Bangalore.
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 6+ years post-qualification
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
🏢 Industry: Retail / Product / Consumer-facing businesses preferred
🔍 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) Accounting
• Manage and drive month-end and year-end financial closure
• Preparation and review of financial statements and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IGAAP and IFRS
• Experience in statutory audit coordination and financial reporting
• Handling intercompany reconciliations and confirmations
• Ensure timely statutory and accounting compliances
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Working knowledge of SAP and accounting/MIS systems
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and handling large datasets
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills

✅ Strong GL / Financial Accounting experience
✅ Experience in retail or product-based companies
✅ Good exposure to financial reporting and accounting standards
