Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support our operations and e-commerce teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that all product information, inventory details, and customer data are accurately entered and updated across our systems and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update product details, SKUs, and pricing in internal systems and online portals (Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, etc.).
Maintain product catalogs and ensure consistency across all e-commerce channels.
Validate data for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
Update inventory data, stock counts, and order details in real time.
Assist in data cleanup, formatting, and reporting for internal dashboards.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and warehouse teams for data verification.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of company data.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
0–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or e-commerce.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify or similar tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
