About the role:
The intern will be assigned the following responsibilities, which will allow the core People &; Culture Intern team to focus on all store level hiring:
 Source and poach candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, visit to stores in North & East region and other job portals.
 Support end-to-end recruitment coordination across all store locations in North and East region.
 Support in operational tasks to maintain people record, attendance and people report.
 Ensure compliance with people policies, labor laws and statutory requirements.
 Handle employee relations and basic conflicts and grievances.
What Need:
 Currently pursuing or has completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
 Must have strong communication skills.
 Should have a genuine interest in Retail People Experience Partner.
 Must be based in Delhi NCR and open for travel to store locations.
 Duration of internship is 3-6 months.
 A self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulous in your approach, as well as display team
spirit, quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational skills
On-site Store location – Delhi NCR
Working days: 6 days working in a week, (1st and 3rd Saturday are off).
Timing: 10am to 7pm.
