About the Role
This is a remote, part-time, project-based opportunity for writers who can transform compelling plotlines into immersive, dialogue-driven scripts for audio dramas.
Your scripts should feature natural, emotionally engaging conversations, distinct character voices, and a smooth narrative flow. We are looking for writers who can bring stories to life through authentic dialogue while staying true to the provided plotline and creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging and original scripts for Headfone audio dramas.
Write structured scripts with distinct character personalities and natural dialogue.
Ensure scripts align with the provided plotline and creative vision.
Deliver high-quality work on time and incorporate feedback effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in script writing, dialogue writing, or story development.
Strong command of conversational storytelling, character voice, and dialogue pacing.
Ability to write emotionally engaging and immersive scripts in Roman Hindi.
Excellent understanding of script structure, scene progression, and character interactions.
Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and revising work accordingly.
No specific educational qualification is required.
Compensation
Project-based compensation.
Writers typically earn approximately ₹2,000–₹10,000 per script produced, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
