▌ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Management Trainee — Marketing & Sales, you'll get hands-on exposure to how marketing and business development actually work together — generating leads, running campaigns, and building the client and partner relationships that turn interest into real business. It's a role built for someone who wants to learn the full front end of growth, not just one slice of it.
▌ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Marketing & Sales: Support marketing, sales, and business development activities to drive lead generation and business growth.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in executing digital marketing activities across relevant platforms and support campaign performance tracking.
• Affiliate Marketing: Support affiliate marketing initiatives, including partner coordination, campaign execution, tracking, and performance reporting.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential prospects, conduct market research, generate leads, and support the business development team in converting opportunities.
• Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and business activities.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing marketing and performance campaigns.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, affiliates, and other business
▌ WHAT YOU BRING
• 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing — freshers with strong interest are very welcome.
• A good grasp of marketing, sales, lead generation, and business development fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate confidently with clients and vendors.
• A proactive, target-oriented attitude and a genuine willingness to take ownership.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving instincts, paired with a real eagerness to learn.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once.
