About the Role
Global Consulting (GC) is looking for enthusiastic IT Project Coordinators who are interested in building a career in IT project management, technology, software, and business operations.
Freshers from any graduation background can apply. You do not need to be a programmer or come from an IT degree. Candidates with good English communication, coordination skills, computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn technology will be considered.
Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to live IT and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT and software projects.
Assist Project Managers with project planning, execution, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with developers, engineers, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Track project tasks, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare project status reports, MOMs, trackers, and documentation.
Schedule meetings and follow up with team members on pending activities.
Communicate project updates professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Learn the basics of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, AI and SaaS projects.
Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Support multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

We are primarily looking for candidates with good spoken and written English, strong coordination and follow-up skills, basic MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint knowledge, confidence, willingness to learn, and an interest in technology and project management.
