Role Description The Videographer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves planning, shooting, and producing video content that communicates Excel India Group’s brand, services, and client success stories across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, setting up lighting for shoots, recording high-quality video footage, and collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop concepts and storyboards. The Videographer will also support post-production activities such as basic editing, organizing footage, and preparing videos for various platforms and formats. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure all video content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the firm’s professional standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and coordinating video projects.
Proficiency in Camera Operation and handling different types of Camera equipment.
Ability to manage Lighting setups and optimize visual quality during Shooting Video sessions.
Experience with basic video editing software and post-production workflows.
Attention to detail, creative visual storytelling, and an understanding of brand-consistent content.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with marketing and advisory teams.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Relevant coursework or certification in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
Prior experience creating video content for corporate, financial services, or professional services brands is beneficial.
