Role Description The Lead Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Odisha, India. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the organization. The Lead Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support leadership in organizational development and change management. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, resolving employee relations issues, coordinating training and development programs, and partnering with management to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Demonstrated ability in HR policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR process improvement.
Skills in organizational development, change management, and workforce planning to support business strategy.
Proficiency in HR information systems, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on building trust and collaboration.
Experience leading HR teams or projects, including mentoring and guiding HR staff.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in financial services or wealth management organizations is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Odisha, India and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
