Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall performance marketing growth.
The ideal candidate comes from a digital marketing agency background, has managed multiple campaigns/accounts across industries, and has experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and execution are equally important.
Core Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Own campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue.
Develop and execute paid media strategies based on business and growth objectives.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spends across platforms, campaigns, audiences, and creatives.
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Continuously analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and landing-page requirements.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution in collaboration with relevant teams.
Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights, learnings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders/clients.
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution, tracking, and performance marketing trends.
Lead, mentor, and guide junior performance marketers and help improve team processes and campaign execution.
Review team campaigns, provide strategic inputs, and ensure performance targets are met.
Handle multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and performance.
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Digital Marketing Agency experience is a must/preferred.
Experience managing multiple clients/campaigns and significant ad budgets.
Proven understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, remarketing & funnel optimization.
Prior experience in team handling/leadership.
Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
