Business / RPA Analyst – Blue Prism (KYC/AML)

Position: Business / RPA Analyst
Experience: 3–5 years in RPA/business analysis

Position Overview
We are looking for Business / RPA Analysts to join a dedicated Pod delivering Blue Prism automation for KYC/AML processes. You will focus on process discovery, requirements gathering and workflow design, working closely with the Pod Leader and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilties
Process Discovery: Engage with business users to identify, document and analyze KYC/AML processes suitable for automation.
Requirements Gathering: Capture detailed business and functional requirements for Blue Prism automation solutions.
Workflow Design: Design As-Is/To-Be user journeys and translate them into structured process documentation.
Documentation: Author Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and contribute to Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
Exception Handling: Support the design of exception-handling matrices and human-in-the-loop (HITL) validation checkpoints.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Pod Leader and fellow analysts to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the workstream.
Qualifications and Skills
Domain & Regulatory Knowledge
Core Financial Services & Asset Management background.
Hands-on familiarity with KYC onboarding workflows, AML screening, transaction monitoring, and customer due diligence (CDD/EDD).
Working knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA rules, 5MLD/6MLD).
Technical Competencies
Direct experience with Blue Prism architecture (Process Studio, Object Studio, work queues, credential manager) and general RPA practices.
Exposure to SS&C WorkHQ or similar BPM/workflow orchestration platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured process documentation.
