Sr Associate - US Accounting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated US Accounting resource to join our finance team. Looking for 4+ years of accounting experience who are eager to grow their career in finance. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist with financial reporting, and ensure accurate record-keeping in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Role & Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to customers accurately and promptly
Close payment batches and reconcile transactions
Manage designated customer accounts and maintain account records
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment statuses, and discrepancies
Collect payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Identify, investigate, and resolve invoicing and payment issues
Collaborate with team members to improve invoicing and payment processes
Maintain up-to-date documentation of transactions and customer interactions
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in accounting working in a SAAS - recurring revenue billing, or finance roles preferred
Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, practice management would be a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with accounting software Quickbooks and accounting principles
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Work Timing : US Shift (6.30PM-3.30AM) WFO
