Basic training, technical training & handling of the product as per the sop. Theoretical, Practical & On job training for new associates Providing refreshment , re training to OP's based on Production demand DL attendance and multiskilling and Initiative of behavioral trainings Technical training Initiating like TPS , lean manufacturing Ensuring of functional trainings Like 5s,kaizen,POKA YOKE , MS excel Conduct employee surveys and interview Building monthly/annual training program and preparing teaching plans Deployment of skilled manpower to lines Regular communication to operators on safety, quality, and productivity improvement Ensure operators working according to standards (work instructions, Handling instructions etc.) Ensure Employee performance through grape chart indicator Eliminating Production related failures through systematic problem-solving methods
Required Skills
Basic training and technical training capabilities.
Ability to conduct Theoretical, Practical & On job training.
Experience with TPS, lean manufacturing.
Knowledge of 5s, kaizen, POKA YOKE, MS excel.
Capability to build monthly/annual training programs and teaching plans.
Ability to conduct employee surveys and interviews.
Skill in deployment of skilled manpower to lines.
Strong communication on safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
Ability to ensure adherence to standards (work instructions, Handling instructions etc.).
Systematic problem-solving skills for eliminating production related failures.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / Automobile / Manufacturing industries.
