Product Owner

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile/Scrum, roadmap development, requirements gathering, prioritization, UAT, and end-to-end product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze requirements from business users, customers, and stakeholders and translate them into clear product requirements.
Define and maintain the product vision, goals, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and changing requirements.
Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee product delivery from design and development through UAT and production deployment.
Monitor product progress, identify risks or blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Lead daily Scrum meetings, backlog grooming/refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to communicate roadmap updates and product releases.
Drive continuous improvement in product processes and delivery.
