Job Title: Senior CRO Lead
We are looking for a Senior CRO Lead with strong e-commerce/DTC, analytics, and data-driven growth experience, preferably with a $100M+ consumer/e-commerce brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Own CRO strategy and website conversion optimization.
Analyze customer journeys, funnels, and website performance to identify growth opportunities.
Lead A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, offers, and UX.
Optimize CVR, AOV, revenue, and overall e-commerce performance.
Work closely with Growth, Product, Creative, UX, and Engineering teams.
Translate data and customer insights into actionable business recommendations.
Must Have:
Strong hands-on CRO / Conversion Rate Optimization experience.
Experience in e-commerce/DTC/consumer brands.
Strong A/B testing & experimentation experience.
Excellent data/analytics and funnel optimization skills.
Experience improving conversion rate, AOV, and revenue.
Experience with a large-scale ($100M+) e-commerce/consumer business preferred/required.
