Role Description The Owner role is a full-time hybrid position based in Thrissur, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees overall business strategy, project pipeline, and operational performance, ensuring that façade and cladding projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships, guiding bids and quotations, supervising design and engineering decisions, and coordinating fabrication, supply, and installation workflows. The Owner leads financial planning, resource allocation, and supply chain management, while driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, and identifying new market opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in façade, cladding, or building envelope construction, including oversight of design, fabrication, and installation activities.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, guide, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Solid business and financial management capabilities, including budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Experience in supply chain and project management, including scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.
Understanding of construction safety standards, quality assurance practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to façades and cladding.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model from Thrissur, balancing on-site presence with remote coordination.
Relevant academic background in construction, engineering, business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of identifying cost-saving design solutions without compromising quality.
