Senior BIM MEP Engineer

Role and Responsibilities-
Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and
Fire Protection systems.
Develop coordinated BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy.
Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP),
and client specifications.
Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support during project
execution.
Educational Qualification and Skills Required
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory
4–6 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling and coordination.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction
Cloud.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and BIM workflows.
